Many railway staff have complained that their pension scheme and bonus salary has been finished by laloo. Also, he has reduced the number of staff and their salaries of other working staff. This is how the railways is earning profit. Now he is further decreasing the rates. That means more staff are going to lose their jobs. He is not concerned about the consumers who do not get tickets due to the touts at the railway station. Most of the time the net shows that it is waitlisted. Laloo is not the right person as Railway Minister. He should be removed from the post. Because of him many people have lost their livelyhood and are now found begging on roads because no one in the Govt. is ready to give them their respective jobs. So hell to Laloo. God have mercy on the railways and its staff.

well railway staff nead to work efficiently at first. U wont find any taker if u say Indian railways staff is very efficient. I am glad that Laloo is taking actions to cut non efficient staff.

Pande ji, He is actually creating the job. Every business need to run efficiently.Even if he cut jobs or cut amenities of some people, he made it efficient. He bring down the cost of frieght and there by increase the sales volume. And he is investing this profit in freight corridor which will cost Rs 40,000 crore. That will generate more jobs plus our product will be more competative in world market, beacuse of decrease in cost.

what is pennsion? is engiginner or docter working in private geting benifit like this even 35 yers a service with this nation in private secter as ex.engineer not get pention?
