LALU YOU ARE RAILWAY MINISTER FOR INDIA AND NOT FOR BIHAR ONLY. WHY NO NEW TRAINS IN SOUTH INDIA AND MORE TRAINS FOR BHIAR WHERE THE FALTU PEOPLE DO NOT BUY TRAIN TICKETS AND STOP TRAINS WHERE EVER THEY WANT AS IF ITS THERE OWN PROPERTY. DONT DIVERT THE 25 CRORES TO BIHAR ONLY.

who said they didnt buy ticket ?do u have any record ,lalu has increased the fine also,maximum people prefer rail in bihar as the roads r in poor condition.he has put railway into profit u ppl dont see tht
