You made proof that you are best Railway Minister in India till now.No increase of fare for last five years and reducing fare this year though there is increase of crude oil price really it is a great miracle.

He will use indirect means to hike the fare like some new surcharge, may be Lalu surcharge. More charges for Tatkal, and all tickets will be available throguh only tatkal. Everyone credits Lalu for Railways, but it;s real credit should go to the Railway officers,policy makers. Lalu jsut want to take credit, jsut ask Lalu what he has done for aam aadmi in Mumbai(Not in Bihar) ?
