it is very good sign. Your thinking only for Maharashtra there is many other state. And Maharashtra is already BIG BOSS why you are worry about rail.

can't you see it is lalu's way of disuading
more bhaiyas to and from Maharashtra.

one way raj and uddhav will be happy.
less influx

on the way back, the bhaiiyas stuck in
Maharashtra will have less escape routes
so again raj and uddhav will be happy.
