Laloo the railway minister

Ofcourse I fully agree with that he is a fool & funny personality. I do not think he is that much capable minister in a vast country like India. He can not be given credit as the all work related to Budget is done by capable officials of Railway. It is better to talk more.

Yes Lalu is smart. He made the Bihar beggar. Forget about making any govt. machinary profitable in Bihar. I think people of Bihar will never forgive him. Just ask the people there; how Bihar was ruled under him. Many people thinks that he is criminal and should be jail.
