As nobody checks the real Railway prices and budget, it is very very clear that he is making everybody a fool. The prices have actually increased for all classes .. over that he is charging fees on all transactions.

A good JOKER who req in any Party, any Club etc. A personality less man, .HE must be in Bihar only. Hooww delhi govt give him a house in delhi I am sure Beside of house in Delhi must be dirty.
