Can an NRI (working in Gulf Region) open this PPF Account? If yes, please clarify what documents are required to open the account and which form to be filled. Thanks

yes you can open a PPF account. you nedd to provide your Address in India also while opening the account. It can be opend with some of the natinalised bank only like SBO, bob ETC
