Hi...as far as i have understood.....this thing applies only for companies that are emitting CO2. Me as a web designer or TCS/wipro can't get its advantage as v r not emitting CO2 anywhere!...M i right or wrong...???????? Mr. Joseph Massey can u please clerify?

Boss the computers, mobile phones, microwaves, etc eetc we use, all emit emission...so its applicable to most of us in IT field....

All human being emit CO2 by breathing etc. So al IT companies are storehouses of carbon besides using power units and central AC systems.

Yes, from what I understood TCSs and Wipro's of the world won't be able to benefit from it, unless they use Carbon neutral technologies in their buildings/AC units/Lighting/Heating, etc., then they can claim the credits.
