If you are agent Looking for partners for your client, GO TO Buddhdeb. He may not Invest. But Will surely give you Land for a Huge Subsidy. If the Land is Uneven, He will fill the Ups and Downs killing a few 1000s and burrying them in those Downs.

Don't cheat people. It requires 660 million dollers to set up polysilicon plant. This is the information from REC(Rural electrification corporation).
