India's per capita income is US $ 730 about Rs 30,000 per capita annualy. For a family of five it would be Rs 150000 (30,000 x 5), I believe China's per capita income is beteen US $ 1500 - S2000 but this can be easily checked. I don;t know where you are getting your data
