The couries never deliver the consignments without noting down personal details like ID number and phone number. Are they not supposed to be confidential and personal. Instead the courier companies take us for a ride making it mandatory to disclose personal information to deliver a parcel which legitemately belonging to us. It is Ok if the courier guy checks the identity by seeing the proof. But them making a written note thus compromising one's personal data is asking too much. We are left with no choice other than giving the details as otherwise the guy will simply return. Anyone have some suggestions ??
