some people would be making profit out of it. If you are so much bothered, do things:
1. Good teachers 2. Good toilets
in every school, children dont need access to a laptop at such a small age when they dont have access to a good toilet. THe need of the hour is good teachers and good toilets

Hi Ann A, May Alerjee is right. The toilets may be in really bad shape. It's OK for boys but for girls i think it will be nightmare..
What i think is, we need basic amenities and mid-day-meal. May 1 laptop for 5 or even 10 children is fine.

Mr test i dont deny what both of you are saying what i mean is the statement itself is kind of strange as if you are talking about teachers and toilets in the same breath which is not sounding good

why presume? that's easy to find out.. its a not for profit and the kind of money one can make, will hardly interest its rich backers.. yes, everything must improve.. but nothing changes the world faster and better than knowledge.. these laptops can make them more knowledgeable, skilled, prepared to face the world and teh rest will follow..
