This guy clearly is unaware of the world.. There are no $100 laptops in Africa that can connect to the internet without some supervision and its unlikely they can be used for teh purpose refered to given teh state of internet speed in Africa..
Corporations use connected laptops and their employees cannot downoad any porn not because technology does not allow, rather technologies offer choices to block unacceptable content.
What's good for goose can also be good for gander..
There is no way these laptops can be used for anything inappropriate unless everyone wants them to be used that way..
