The project failed in two aspects, first it did not look like a car for the people to ride on Indian roads second it was more of assembling a vehicle. The projects necessarily need not be cars and bikes, it can be methods that help in increasing mileage in existing vehicles. The projects must be done in solving problems rather than stuffs like this without any practical purpose. It's waste of time and energy that the team spends in a project.
