Hey I have a doubt? Can the phone be used where the people can see each other on the screen just as we use webcam for chatting?

The facility is there of course but hardly anyone makes video calls. It is a nice to have. In most countries, video calls and voice calls cost exactly the same.
The fun about 3G is more in getting internet, email, pushmail and so on. Video calls are very rare unless you specifically want to show something to someone.

For your information, any Mobile phone which has 3G service can be used for conference/video calls, Rgds

yeah very much. a Nokia N series model has 2 cameras for this purpose only
