He got loans from Banks because he was from IIM. If he is from BITs & IIM he should plan so that there would be no loss. He is getting losses worth lakhs of rupees & still can sustain the business.

My sely & my friend are doing business. I am working in another company & supporting the capital required for that business.

Generally Mess or cafeteria contracts are given by Tender methods and mostly ones experience is counted. How come this guy is getting contracts ? Is he winning them in Tendor.
I am not doubting his morality but How ?

On what basis BITS is giving contracts to him only when they follow tender method ?

I think instead of saying luck was attracted to him ,it is that-he attracted luck towards him.
Management is all about this.

Get a good product that fits the tender directive and at right price, guarantee the delivery and you should also get the contract.
You bankers should be ready to back you all the way to first delivery and payment.
TRY IT.
I do it and I am sure you can do it as well although my work is not in food industry and the competition is much less compared food industry.
