Who is ruling party? If tomorrow UPA is in opposition, who is going to blame them?
If not goverment, then whose duty is to control inflation? Goverment has to control, has to plan, has to tackle these issue. If they can't do it, let them step out.
Why to blame overall global scenario? Whether this situation occured only in one night? Actually agriculture ministry every year reviews overall the crop production in country, send the report of avilable stock and future production to concerned ministry. Based on that, decision is taken whether to purchase food grain from other countries. Since Sharad Pawar is busy with IPL and he doesn't have time to look after these issue.. If the minister doesn't work, why the hell beurocrats work? and at the end of day, they will try to run away from responsibilities.
