I have been using Hutch / Vodafone service for last 7 years in diffrent circle, currently at Andhra circle and definetly at l;owest level now. Its customer service now seems competing with Tata Indicom. It is no better then any other service provider in Inida. I dont understand how commercial will help them when tey are not able to deliver even half of what they are promising.
