Mr.Kang mentioned only the double stands inside the ministers and top governence.But If u are overlooking the performance of entire UPA parties u cannot reach in a single descision at any time. Nobody syas Inflation is due to UPA or Manmohan but it turned to be this much worst only because of the discrepancy of UPA parties and ministers.
