I am a Maharshtrian but I do not support MNS. But like MNS I don't like Biharis taking all the jobs in Railways or any other job for that matter, using fake degree certificates. I personally know someone who has done that. But I don't want to start beating up Biharis. There are other legal ways to deal with this problem. What MNS did was a political stunt. I am against anyone using fake resumes, degress certficates or letters of recommendation to get a job. Whether in India or the USA. And I am sure I speak for many Indians who don't like underqualified, inexpereinced people getting job using fake degree certificates or resumes. In USA, I personally know atleast 10 telugu speaking software engineers who don't have the relevant expereince or qualification.

dear intrepid, it is useless to blame people for using fake experience/qualification to gain advantages...but the problem is with the system...if the system has loopholes, there will always be somebody who wants to gain from it...just for example, i would like to compare h1 with UK hsmp visa. it definitely doesn't compromise on qualification/exp. thorough checks are conducted before one gets a visa....and it is foolproof.
pls don't bother to reply me, as i shall not be visiting this page...and it takes time to come back and see replies too...the way the rediff forums are getting popularity there will be tons of pages for a hot topic like this (not to mention cricket).

What about farmers committing suicides in Telangana region? You help people from your state first and then advise others. BTW, "suiciding" is not the correct usage, "committing suicide" is the correct usage. A crash course in English might help if you intend to work in the USA.
