The biggest mammoth shock and rise is in the real estate sector, Because of uncalled for and enexpected rise in property and flats, overall prices are rising. Effect comes on the entire economy and now price rise cannot be reversed ?

true, the sudden growth has put steel, cement, etc has created an artificial demand. people are overcommitting. look at bangalore - plenty of people are buying in the anticipation of price rise and spurt in sale, investment.
