Guys, does anyone know if there is any good message board where people discuss about Indian stock market frauds? Some companies in India are issuing shares that are worth crores from thin air and diluting the value of the existing shareholder's stake. All this is happening without shareholder's approval and guidelines. The fraud runs into thousands of crores and it's happening in companies that are part of the major indices as well.
