If maharashtra want to bring 80% reservation then it will not take much time to bring the state at the level of Bihar or other backword state. One thing should be clear in mind that this state is generating its 50% or more revanue from non marathi people.

hi vijay, i dont agree with this..this might be a case with Mumbai but not anywhere else. so dont get into mind set of "people from other states run maharashtra business" :) just relax..I think all reservations suck...anyways people can decide on there own, if a owner wants to do it like this let him do it..still there will be thousands of opportunities for taking.

Gupta ji, There needs to be a balance of oppurtunities for locals also in their own state.India is democracy that does not meam that if the company is owned by Guptas/Marwaris in Maharstra or Bengal ,.. Job should only be given to Guptas and not to local residents who belong to that state. This is utter nonsense practiced by many industrialists which has lead to this situation. Would guptas allow a Tamilian indutrialists in UP to employ only Tamilians ,if a Tamilian sets up an industry in UP..What would be your reaction.hence there has to be a balnce & not politics as practiced by many industrialists in Mharastra ,Bengal .....
