Already we r suffering the ill-effects of cast based reservation.Now its region based reservation..how long does this reservation thing has to go..n y these politicians play this ugly card..!!Ofcourse...to get votes.n they can go to ne extent for votes...!! I am not from mumbai or UP or Bihar.... but had been in mumbai for 4 yrs...as student..n really loved that place. n according to me the most civilized n tolerant people r (literate) people of maharashtra. But that in no way implies that there shld b reservation in pvt sector for them in mumbai. Why should there b ne reservation newhere based on region, religion n casts or languages...? Its already time that existing reservations b pulled off...n no need for new ones newhere in india. Economically backward people r the ones to have reservation.

I am Marathi but I do not require any reservation for myself.If there is increased competition from Northies; I will gear up and hone my own skills to improve and face the challenge. our own legacy and heritage is enough for us to accept the challenge. We are not mentally or physically weaker than the Northies.
In fact I reject reservation for anybody belonging to any category.

Plz explain the areas of india which according to u r northie's area n south's area n etc etc....so that i wld b trying to fit into ur definition n hence i wld decide whether i m northie or southie..etc. n y is so much anger there in u....?? wat u said is good...but the way u said was really terrible..!!

Hi... i am also a marathi. but i think in there is a decrimination while hiring the employees. if you see in railway do marathi people or any other people other than up/biharies are able by ability/education?..then too we see most of the people in railway... are not marathi...why? we marathi people are more eligible and educated then too there are less oportunities offered to us.... it makes huge difference for the next generation. as for less packaged job for this generation will not be able to give the well higher education to their next generation.... then who will be resposible for that?
just think wide with broad mind by considering the future.. have a nice time.
