The same applies to all the Marathis living outside Maharashtra...should we ask all of them to return back. There are tons of them working in PSUs in CG and MP and jharkhand, mind it there are lakhs of them, and they to keep singing marathi manus there,no one ask them to leave,And if you dont belive me then come out of your room in mumbai and have a look in these states.... But we are not like you, we believe in hard work and comppettion and we can prove to any one at any time. I will never understand how caome some one can claim regionalism on central job like railways. Railways is a central company and the exams are not rigged then how come some one can claim for a regional share....IF you have guts then sit in the exam and go based on your merits. It just about you people being in capable of competing withe the bright minds of Bihar. Issue is not that Bihar is not having oppurtinty I agreed that there are few oppurtinty compared to Maharashtra...But issue is that there is such a tough compettion that people have to come out from there to look for other options. So dont blame only Bihar for it its the issue which everyone in the country is facing i.e. less oppurtinites and more aspirant....and if everyone will ask reservations based on the regional basis then I think Marathi people will get alienated from all over India... Dont compare your agitation with that of tamilnadu as they never beat people who come to work there....or Andhra where everyone is welcomed... Enjoy

First thing no one is opposed to the presence of "north indians" in mumbai.infact consider the following-- THERE IS VERY LITTLE DIFFERENCE BEWEEN MARATHI AND HINDI..ANY NORTHINDIAN(REFERRING TO A UPITE AND BIHARI)CAN UNDERSTAND MARATHI AND VICEVRSA. THE HINDI FILM INDUSTRY HAS THRIVED HERE......WITH MANY MAHARASHTRIANS WORKING AS ESTABLISHED ACTORS ... THE LOCALS HAv NO PROBLEM WITH HINDI AS A LANGUAGE....UNLIKE MANY OTHER COUNTERPARTS IN INDIA... IT IS VERY UNFORTUNATE SOME RECENT EVENTS HAV BEEN LABELLED AS A "TIFF BETWEEN MARATHIS AND UP AND BIHARIWALLAHS" BUT U MUST REMEMBER THAT THIS ALL STARTED WITH A STREET BRAWL BETN MNS AND SP WORKERS.. I THINK THE MAIN PARTIES RESPONSIBLE 4 THIS R---- THE MEDIA SENSATION--HUNGRY VIEWERS STRESSED UP PPL WHO WANT SUM SOLACE IN THE CONTROVERSIES ABOUT THE RAILWAY EXAMS , WE WOULD BE MORE THAN HAPPY IF THE EXAMS R CONDUCTED IN FREE AND FAIR MANNER... BUT THE PROBLEM IS THAT IS NOT THE CASE....BUT THERE IS RAMPANT CORRUPTION AND FAVORITISM.. FOR EG THE ADVERTISEMENTS ABOUT THE EXAMS WERE ONLY ISSUED IN BIHAR AND NOT ELSEWHERE IN THE COUNTRY !!!WE R AGAINST THIS.... AFTER THIS IF THE BIHARIS GET JOB THEY R MORE THAN WELCOME.. WE MAHARASHTRIANS R INNOVATORS... FOR EG KIRLOSKARS ,VITHAL KAMAT ( FIRST ECOTEL IN ASIA),... THE ONLY PROBLEM IS WE DONT SEEK FAME... WE R MORE BOTHERED ABOUT SPIRITUAL PROGRESS.... ABOUT MARATHIS WORKING ELSEWHERE,LOOK AT THEM THEY HAV TOTALLY BLENDED WID THE LOCALS THEYR NOTSTARTINGPARALLELCULTUE.

Atleast because of people whom you are calling intruders have opened colleges so not all marathi student wander here and there. Why you forget that. 80 % job resereved on the basis of language, what about constitution Mr. Sawant. Better you demand for independent Maharashtra, whats the need to be with India if you can call other Indians intruders. I am son of ex-army man I never knew people like you, otherwise I could have asked my father not to leave us in the country and go to border to protect whole India.
