The phenomena is there world over, including the US. Outsiders are treated with contempt by locals. There is local contempt also when local companies are snapped up by outsiders. Its not just about Bhaiyas or fundamental rights of Indians, as the word has been coined in a derogatory terms. However this comes after the Central Govt raised the bogey of more Reservation for SCST in the the private sector, it has led to demands by all regional actors. It is about local exploitation without any meaningful contribution and only subjugation by the haves of the have nots, by snatching the lands in the name of development, with no means of production or livelihood left for locals to survive.

Dear Rohit, Pl think before u blabber anything. Us is not excercising this policy,they say that if a candidate from US is not qualified for the job,then only the job be given to outsider. It is not dividing it in states. God help these unidimensional fools.
