I really hope, when Reliance/Bharti comes in, it doesn't only emphasis on low cost, but the problems that customer's of existing DTH service's are facing, like pathetic customer care, high monthly cost, low warranty, non-flexible progm package's and many other trivial issue's.
Every customer not only want it to be light on pocket, but light on the mind itself.

I fully agree with Sameer and sincerely hope that new players will provide good customer care and better services.
