Chinese companies in India
by naval digaria on Apr 09, 2008 11:41 AM   Permalink

The chinese companies are here to stay, but if they want to capture the market, they have to bring the service network and quality to Japanese/Korean giants level. However, if they do so, they will not be able to sell cheap than. Ours is a free economy working on principle that only the fittest will survive and the competition benefits the consumer in the end. It is stupid to run away from the competition or blame chinese companies just because they are chinese. We buy lot of other nation branded goods which is made in China. Consumer should judge the product by value, quality and service support and this is happening. The brand like TCL and Haier are bought by first time low-income buyers and un-informed buyers, but nobody is seen repeating the mistake. The TCL and Haier has a long journey to come to level of LG and Samsung and almost impossible task to come to level of Sony, Hitachi or Panasonic.
