I fully agree. I am maintaining accounts with nearly 10 banks, out of which I will consider ICICI is a ruthless bank, without giving any real customer service, except the LIP SERVICE. Their staff are looking pretty, give a nice smile, but offer SLAP & SMILE service. But still they are successful, becuase at Corporate level for bigger accounts they are able to influence, and at a retail, by sheer population in India, any bank will be successful, particularly when you have pretty girls at the counter.

i agree with your contention. icici are the biggest rippers when it comes to customer service.
