You know how Modi tricked Gujarat in Octroi. First before elections he declared removal of Octroi and now in the budget he increased sales tax by 2.5% and 1%. So the effective VAT rate in Gujarat are now the highest in India 15% and 5%.

He screwed the AAM AADMI big time.

Yes he will make it successful!
Cement now carried 15% entry tax wef 01/04/2008, for entry in state of Gujarat.
