Yes It can be taught. You need to catch them young. This is one area where work experience people are at disadvantage.

Catch them young? Are you a fresher who just joined one of those over hyped IIMs that donot stand a chance in the top 100 B-Schools of the world in any survey?
Just wondering if you are facing tough times with the experienced ppl in your batch! I still wonder what better attitude you found in the "young" when compared to the experienced!

What the heck. You don't need to be an Albert Eistein to understand these simple facts. These B-school graduates are unnecessarily hyped, over-paid, create economical imabalance, think too much of themselves and so on. Elitims will not go from India.
