I booked my Flat in Magarpatta, Jasminum, Pune. At the time of booking Magarpatta said Flat possession will be on April 2007 and the same thing is written on Flat Agreement Letter too. Now even after end of Oct07 flat is not ready, now they are saying flat will be available only after April 2008. Who will be pay Bank Interest as well as the rent which we are paying? Magarpatta is a big chitters...and Maharashtra Govt is doing nothing%u2026they want only money%u2026

Kristal Group in Bangalore is supposed to be a fairly reputed builder. Their project Kristal Beryl is delayed by 8 months already and another 4months of delay expected. These builders don't realise that thier reputation can easily get tarnished by such delays. So any one dealing with Kristal group in Bangalore, please beware!

does anyone has such experiences with Salarpuria or Prestige in bangalore as of now i am thinking of booking a flat from one of these two builders.
