Reliance money Customer Care phone always rings nobody picks, I think all the staff are into their own trading activities. If this is the case of big players who entered the stock markets then they have to pack their bags. They dont understand the seriousness of the business.

Even ICICIDirect site is not functioning properly since last 3 days, I guess they all r busy making money for themselves, and not worried about customer services, there should be some rules & law for such biggies

Kotak trading software getting down in past two days when we have trading oppertunity and i lossed around 25 thousand because of Kotak software. Even customer care is not accessible in such.

hi - that is interesting - icicidirect.com not working properly - very difficult to place order during the last 3 days - or cancel the orders placed - whatever it is... so wonder if all are in collusion to cheat the retail investors?

I completely agree with you. Reliance money should be ban. I can not sell my any share from his interface.
