22 official language... Couple by sub ethnicity within these groups. Then couple some Muslim/Non-Muslim religious problem and also add in some Christian conversion problem. In this big pot one will find no common opinion on ANY issue. On top of that your democracy is written in foreign language English which is larger masses do not understand and who vote the offices in power who will govern the state in English.. LOL LOl LOl LOL... There will be no progress in India.. Right down... The odds are against Indians...
The current so called progress of India is by individual Indians who are on their own and compete for every small to larger things like dogs... In doing so they have forgotten anything so called an idea which was India... I may sound pessimistic but serach for any other country on this planet called Earth and there is no such country like India...

What are you smoking about? US has 50 states each with its own laws. Did it impact progress? And then come people over there who know nothing outside city? These issues have nothing to do with progress or the article itself. Perhaps you have never seen and enjoyed fruits of diversity.
