Not just IIM. Our 'Middle-class's only obsession is US - everything else is either secondary or 'Also Ran' or just a compromise. It almost appears that the Indian middle-class has 'pawned' its soul to the US, and must do everything to earn it back. And the IIMs and IITs are the 'way' to do it!
