If there is no differance why IITs, NITs? then why it's very difficult to get a seat in IITs & NITS. .. lol..

Frustrating for sure, but this distinction is gradually fading away in IT these days . The concentration of talent in IIT and NITs though is more than any other college ;when u look at ppl finally getting through the interivew process , there is not much difference in their IQ level. Besides, HR head cannot openly state that they prefer IITians and NITians over the regular colleges, it doesnt sound good for PR.
