I am 61 a qualified professional with 4 decades of experience in Fiance, accounts, legal, Co.Secretarial and Admn. I am a qualified Company Secretary since 1982, Law 15 years and Accounting qulfn awarded by the CAG in 1973.Now a days I find people with say 6 - 7 years of edxperience are paid Rs.18 to 25 lakhs per annum while during our hey days the pay structure was not like that. A person drawing annually Rs.1,20,000 7 years back is being paid Rs.18 lkhs now. This shows that the economy is grwoing and people are willing to pay but the only thing is bargaining capacity. Senior citizens with their vast experience are unable to extract the best since they feel any thing is OK. Therefore there should be articles like this which gives a boost to the career of sr.citizens. P.S.R.SWAMI

I fully agree. This is good to gain benefit of rich experience of senios citizen. Iss good for senior citizen also to maintain their routine, health and finances.

I fully agree with you sir. After all there is no substitute for experience. But then the experienced should also train the youngsters to excel in their professions and groom them and retire gracefully.
