People say that job creation is good. Big corporates shud be welcome just becos they create jobs. But I consider job with corporates hampers progress as it harnesses very less potential in anyone. Optimum result will be achieved if everyone becomes self employed. i.e. every has a profession and they work in collaboration to give result. This is fundamentally different than working on 'created job'. But throw in it some greed, some politics, some lethargy, some ego, some stupidity, we conjure something so familiar today.

I think u r living in ideal world. 'Every one should be self employed.''Its very easy to say, but is it reality for poor country like india where major population is unemployed, the great theory is not gonna help, we have to be realistic. Truth is only pvt. company, multinational both indian, foriegn can do the magic right now, when it comes to job creation. And yes once when these people have enough capital, seed money then they will start their onw business give jobs for few people. But right now the focus has to be starting the chain reaction, just like china is doing. China was hard core comminist has learned this lesson to bow to multinational finally. We in india are still fooling ourselves.
