What @ employees working in private / Public limited Firms?

What about employees who are working in public limited companies and covered under provident Fund act.Do they be a part of the NPS?

yes please can somebody tell us what abut the private limited company ..is there any benifits for them also..??

No.The NPS is not applicable to individuals covered by the Provident Fund Act.All Public and Private Sector Employees are covered under EPFO (Employees Provident Fund Organisation)and there is a separate Family Pension Scheme for those having minimum 10Yrs continuous membership.

The new pension system will be voluntary for self-employed individuals, private companies and the un-organised sector, and there will be no contribution from the government in respect of individuals who are not government employees.
