if u have enough time to write replies to rediff articles, you might as well spend a few minutes to find out who R Gopalakrishnan is before saying "the writer himself might not have worked at all".... Your ignorance is utterly disappointing.

Well said, after reading any article on the web people should find what all positives they can get to change themselves instead of overlooking into useless things. I hope this might change the attitude of people right from the lower level to the managers.
