Basically if you see applications tend to follow general trends. google is search, though search was around, but google made it big. Think the next level will be pattern/face/image search mechanisms, places where you can upload a pattern/image/face and get all matching faces/images/patterns.

so does like.com however it isnt exactly what google is to strings. no way to just pump in an image and pump out matches
