Corrupt banks
by Parveen Kalia on Mar 23, 2007 12:52 PM   Permalink | Hide replies

Rather than starting couselling services for customers, they should think of running ethical training classes for their own employees including managers who have just switched over to total cheating methodoligies now a days. Also required is make a strong and quick redressal body whom customer can approach easily and get fair and speedy solutions. Banks once found commiting faults should be treated with extreme harshness comprising of heavy multiple compensations to customers and penalties on bank. I am saying so because its never easy to fight with banks on everyday basis and its not the only job customers have in their day to day life.
