Can anyone tell why the govt. stalls such bariers for Business when it is good for country??? I am surprised what is th egovt. logic for creating such bariers..why they do this..for what??

try "personal gains", "votebank policies", "minority appeasement" and "extreme short-sightedness" as some of the reasons.
