A Sociologist and a mediocre Economist (U Manchester, wow!)
by Rohit on Mar 25, 2007 07:00 AM   Permalink

have run a few simulations and want us take their conclusions at face value.

In their analysis they are comparing East Asia w South Asia. China did not face much turbulence during the E Asia crisis but Korea and Indonesia did. These clowns include all three in the same group as though they were identical. They then compare India, Pakistan and Bangladesh, as though they were similar countries in any way.

These jokers would compare North America (US, Canada and MEXICO) with Western Europe (UK, France, Germany) and try to draw conclusions.
