M'am if u ever get to travel to any of the developed countries, u'll find that similar mechanisms r applied while attempting decongestion. These people who r making such policies r mostly qualified civil servants who come in thru tough selection procedure (u wud understand if somebody u know has cleared UPSC)...and most of the times they r equipped better to take such decisions.....the govt , be it UPA or NDA or any other, just facilitates such introductions if it is not averse to new ideas..... Till the time u don't have a killer solution (& usually there aren't many).....u need to keep on taking small positive steps......& this is one. The effectiveness remains to be seen...but a positive move nonetheless !

In this age of exam papers leakage, nobody is trustworthy. God frobid this doesn't happen to you. A son trying to fly back home fast due to his father's illness, or a patient needed to be flown from one place to another for treatment, during peak hours, how will he bear the cost??? There are places where it is not safe travelling on roads at night, with young women, for them, this is a bullshit idea.

The government is innefficient in creating new infrastructure. But they are very efficient in taxing the people...do u expect us to appluad the government. Prices of all commodities have doubled but our pay/salary remains stagnant except for the call center people.
