Yes, it is there everywhere today.. take STD, take movies which cost less on week days, take big bazar which costs less on wednesday... this way the traffic will be balanced... as anyway the rates r going high..so we can atleast save money by flying non peak hours if there is no unrgency.... those who will fly peak hours by paying more will do so only if ther get returns by doing so... i welcome
