I had 200 Physical shares of Videocon appliances Ltd which I had send for transfer on 4 7 7 at M/s MCS Ltd. Shri Venkatesh Bhavan, Plot No.27, Road No.11 MIDC, Andheri(E) Mumbai - 400093 . When i received no response, i have send a reminder letter to company.Than also i have received no response from company.After some time I found that above mentioned address with phone no:022-28215235 and email id investor@videoconmail.com are not available . Than i File a complaint in sebi for wrong address,phone no , email & received response from sebi(Ack. No.2008/0005434/01).Still the above add. is mentioned on site.Than i send a reminder letter at other add.( 14 Km. Stone, Aurangabad – Paithan Road,Village Chittegaon, Taluka Paithan Dist.-Aurangabad, – 431 105 (Maharashtra), INDIA ).Afte some time i received response from com.that they haven,t received any courier containing share certificates.Than i went to courier agency for my packet . Unfortunately,they have also misplaced the packet.Than i filed a F.I.R complain for my packet. I have send F.I.R copies and receipt of courier agency through registry many times but received no response from their side.I have contact to SEBI many times but received no response.I have received two acknowlegement cards from sebi i.e.(2008/0005434/01 & 2008/0067176/01) . But i received no response from company & due to this the case is pending.
