i have an icic credit card, and icici savigs account. i was offered cash in loan on credit card. was not tld that the emi will need to be paid using cheques. thought that emi will b deductd from credit card on any specified date. Now they have sent foreclosed the loan and sent to collections. the collections wala came to my house and have taken some payments 3 times of rs 2500 each saying that they will request for the rescheduling of loan into emi's again. but this never happend. now the bank has bloced the funds in my accunt and have charged my account the entire loan amount fines interest. i have been misleaded by the collection agency. the bank intiallly said they cannot do anything since the case is in collections. the collections have duped me...please tell me wht shud i do. i want to pay..but not possible to pay all in one go. want to pay in emi's. can somethinbg be done???
