I have 1 icici credit card and 1 bandhan card associated with it, which somebody had stolen and made tranactions also.I lodged FIR also and complaint to bank.Given some payments in between but they r taking interest in very higher rate.Also they deducted all amt from my account with same bank.please suggest what can I do?also bank people are keep on harassing me over phone or by coming at my home. is there any solution?
