I had a ICICI bank credit card on which I had some usage but some how it got in to overdue but I have paid what i have used its only interest part which is showing o/s now around 2 yrs back some collection agent misbehaved at my residance and I stop paying (till that time i was paying interst also) and now after two year they have lien my salary account for the out standing of Rs43000 which was around 14000 at that time. How come bank is marking a lien on my salary account where there is dispute on credit card which was broght to their notice and they have not reslove it. secondly I hav received lien letter from ICICI but to my surprise its on pain paper not on proper letter head plus it carries a sign no names of concenr athority is mentioned does it mean they are threatening customers? If u analyse no of complaints against bank you will notice that maximum no of complains are against ICICI which tells the story of their service levels...

You are correct Navdeep and almost all the time it is from ICICI. I am also such a victim and the outstanding was due to their slow response. Unfortunately I haven't kept copy of statements and without that it is diffucult to fight with them.
